Like the Classic Schon DSGN Ballpoint pens, these pens are compact when capped but offer a nice full sized fountain pen experience when the cap is posted on the back of the pen. Funny, I actually like these colors way better on the computer paper than the Tomoe River paper! It dries slower due to its coated nature. There is a whole world out there of inks and papers... I am just beginning to understand it myself!
