This pen purchased as an inkball can always be changed to a fountain pen later.  The Pocket Six is a cartridge based pen designed for everyday use. Like the Classic Schon DSGN Ballpoint pens, these pens are compact when capped but offer a nice full sized fountain pen experience when the cap is posted on the back of the pen. The name \"Pocket Six\" comes from the fact that this pocket pen houses a #6 sized nib, which is a full sized nib compared to the smaller #5 nibs commonly found in other pocket size fountain pens. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e \u003cb\u003eThese pens are made from Copper and will change and patina over time, darkening the metal and aging them. Eventually the patina will stabilize and the color will maintain a consistent aged copper look, which is quite beautiful.
